At GossPlay, we rigorously respect intellectual property rights. All products including innovative toys (e.g. STEM kits), sports gear (e.g. customized skateboards), and character-based items are legally sourced with proper authorization or original designs.

Key Policies

1. Original Designs

   • 100% self-developed products bear ™GP® marks

   • Patent numbers displayed for tech-enhanced toys (e.g. LED hoverballs)

2. Licensed Merchandise

   • Collaboration with Disney/Pokémon etc. evidenced by ⌬ badges

   • Report unauthorized replicas via legal@yourstore.com

3. User Responsibilities

   • Prohibited:
     ✓ Commercial photography of products
     ✓ 3D printing based on our designs
     ✓ Resale without MAP agreement

Enforcement
Counterfeit claims will trigger:
① 48-hour product takedown
② Legal action under DMCA & EU IP Enforcement Directive
