GossPlay Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your GossPlay purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable ItemsFor safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Personal protective equipment (helmets, mouthguards, etc.)

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (water bottles, yoga mats)

  • Customized/personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at returns@gossplay.com to initiate your return

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging

  3. Ship to: [Your Return Address]

  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Restocking fee may apply for opened items (15% of product value)

Exchanges   

Prefer an exchange? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the simple exchange process for items of equal value.

Damaged/Defective Items   

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos for immediate replacement or refund.
